Needs Assessment & Program Evaluation
Over the past several years, FPA has developed a specialty in designing practical tools and comprehensive methodologies (e.g., questionnaires, focus groups, sampling techniques, and overall research design) to evaluate performance across multiple levels within an organization. An inherent factor of evaluative procedures that are uniquely tailored to cultures and operations of client organizations is that they yield in-depth recommendations to achieve desired outcomes. For an additional fee, FPA will implement evaluative tools and methodologies that have been strategically created for a client organization.
A thorough Needs Assessment is an essential part of mindfully conducting program evaluations. Given that organizations are driven by people and are faced with their own set of developmental challenges, it is important for the performance, development, and/or adaptation of managers and staff members to improve, especially during growth and/or restructuring periods. FPA associates first achieve a comprehensive understanding of operations and competencies required by professionals to fulfill certain positions, or satisfactorily complete tasks via assessments. Subsequently, these data are used to create and deploy training, consultation, and/or coaching programs specifically designed for the client organization. These services are outcome oriented and enhance management skill sets, relational skills, as well as capacities to tolerate and appropriately adjust to changes and demands in the workplace.
Program Development
Program development is a forte of FPA. All programs that are designed by FPA for client organizations are informed by the latest advancements in management, organizational, social, and psychological sciences. FPA has a long standing history of developing consulting, coaching, conflict resolution, performance enhancement and psycho-educational training, critical incident debriefing, counseling and psychotherapy, risk assessments, and psychological testing programs. Additionally, FPA has extensive experience creating unique hybrids of two or more of the previously mentioned programs. As long as the need of the client organization can be addressed within the context of people, systems, and/or culture, FPA will create a program that will produce the measurable outcomes the client organization desires. Integrated within the fabric of all programs created by FPA are quantitative and qualitative procedures to determine the effectiveness of newly developed programs.
