"Whole Services" are offered to educational institutions (i.e., primary, secondary, college), and educational support programs including, but not limited to the following: tutorial programs, after school programs, and youth development programs.
Directors & Administrators
Consultation and Coaching
If you're a principal, executive director, dean, or other professional working in an educational institution or educational support program, we assist you in developing goals and objectives for your organization that are in alignment with the plans of your district supervisors and financial sponsors, as well as meet the needs of your staff and students.
FPA works with directors and administrators to solicit full support from parents, teachers, tutors, and other persons to accomplish goals. In addition, FPA aids in the development or enhancement of policies and procedures related to sexual abuse/assault, drug and alcohol abuse, child abuse, and physical threats (between students, students and staff, or parents and staff). Lastly, we help you navigate politically, racially, and emotionally charged situations.
Teachers, Tutors, & Support Staff
Training Seminars
Learn proven ways to deal with disruptive classroom behaviors, hands-on techniques to motivate unmotivated students, strategies to identify and work with children who have different learning styles, stress management, and ways to formulate helpful educational testing referral questions.
Consultation
We give you a higher level of confidence by working with you one-on-one to address the complex, emotionally charged challenges you face: making parent-teacher meetings productive, connecting with difficult or uninvolved families, and so on.
Support Groups
Talk with others who are experiencing the same stressors as you. We facilitate support groups to provide you and other teachers or tutors with a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment to share problems and solutions.

Students and Families
Psychotherapy
In our individual or group sessions, we help students develop better social skills, cope with emotional issues (managing anger, dealing with grief, etc.), and learn techniques to improve their day-to-day lives. In our family sessions, families learn to communicate better with school staff, improve the connection between school and home, and manage stress.
Psychological Testing and Risk Assessments
We conduct tests to better understand a student's emotional issues and behavioral tendencies. We also provide assessments to gauge the likelihood of suicide, homicide, or other violent or aggressive acts.
Performance Enhancement
"Preparing the mind for success and competition" is a twelve day training seminar designed to take academically sound adolescent students, and help them efficiently and consistently perform at extraordinary levels. click here for more
